The Summerlin site occupies nearly 36 square miles of Clark County in Southern Nevada. Summerlin, a community for the 21st century, is setting a new standard in urban planning and quality development both locally and nationally. It is planned that the site will one day be home to some 160,000 residents living in 30 distinct villages.
