Each year thousands are drawn to Amarillo Texas to visit its internationally famous outdoor musical "Texas", and the Cowboy Morning Breakfast. The name Amarillo comes from the yellow sub-soil in the area and the yellow flowers blooming everywhere and Amarillo means "yellow" in Spanish.
