Easton, Connecticut
The town of Easton, located near the southwest corner of Connecticut, has a population 6,370 covering 28.8 sq. miles. It was first settled in 1757 by men from Fairfield. In 1762 a congregation
called the North Fairfield Society was established, and it gradually evolved into Easton.
