Gulf Breeze

Gulf Breeze, Florida is a small community located on the Gulf of Mexico just outside of Pensacola Beach. The area population for Gulf Breeze is approximately 28,000. It is in Santa Rosa County which has a year round population of over 82,000 people. This region is famous for its miles and miles of soft sandy-white beaches and boasts a wide variety of outdoor recreation and resort opportunities in the way of shopping, dining, and lodging.

 

Gulf Breeze is great for snorkeling, hiking or birding at Gulf Islands National Seashore, a nationally protected park. The area also offers terrific seafood and inviting beaches.   And don’t miss the 50-acre Gulf Breeze Zoo. It is home to some 1,000 animals, including giraffes, coatimundi, rhinoceroses, zebras, chimpanzees, gorillas, giant tortoises, squirrel monkeys, otters, alligators and hippopotamuses.
