Ponte Vedra Beach

Ponte Vedra Beach is an unincorporated community with a population of approx. 29,500 residents situated in the northeast corner of St. Johns County on the Atlantic Ocean, with 51.1 square miles of beautiful property coexisting with natural habitat. Jacksonville Beach is at our northern border, the Intracoastal Waterway is to our west, and of course, the Atlantic Ocean is to our east. St. Augustine is just a short drive down A1A to our south, putting Ponte Vedra Beach right in the center of the best part of the First Coast. Ponte Vedra’s 40-foot sand dunes are among the highest in Florida. From their peak, they race down to white sand beaches made from Appalachian quartz and ancient coquina. Miles of fresh-water streams, creeks and lagoons course through the natural area.
